Should we continue to look to FIDE and USCF as the most legitimate rating providers, if not, what do you think is the "true" rating?

Online ratings are far more accurate due to the ease of finding games and their low cost. The rating system OTB is one of the biggest reasons people drop out of chess, but still love to play online.
